About the Chamber

The Vandalia – Butler Chamber of Commerce is primarily an organization of business and professional people who have joined together to work for the development of a better business community in which we work, learn and live. For over 60 years, the Chamber of Commerce has proudly served the businesses and community of Vandalia and Butler Township. We are a member of the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA). With this affiliation, members are able to enjoy discounted premiums through United Healthcare, Healthcare for One, Prescription Drug Discount Card, Dental Care with Superior Dental, Vision coverage with Eye-Med along with a Hearing Aid Discount Program, a Managed Care Organization, Workers Compensation Group Rating Program through Hunter Consulting Company and a Discounted Wireless Plan through Cincinnati Bell.

The Vandalia – Butler Chamber of Commerce is also proud to offer monthly Before and/or After Hours networking events, WINGS (women in networking growing stronger) meetings, and membership breakfasts and luncheons.

We host three main events each year. In July we have our annual Air Show Parade followed by our annual Golf Outing held at Cassel Hills Golf Course in August and our annual Business Expo which is held in October. In 2008 we plan to add a fourth event to be held in June. The Taste at the Crossroads will feature many of our local restaurants and a sampling of their outstanding menu items.
